I am an avid cyclist and have been a member of several local race teams over the years. I completed a ride across the US, from Washington to Virginia. Captained a tandem with my wife as copilot for many years...and we are still married! I enjoy leading classes and interacting with riders of all levels. My class style is relaxed and conversational.
